Lisa is a multi media artist who was raised in New England and currently lives
in Massachusetts.  She began her art journey as a young girl inspired by the
likes of Alan Alexander Milne and the conceptual art movement of the
seventies.   Formal art classes and twenty years of experience brought Lisa to
her place in the professional art culture of today.

In 2006, Lisa formed The L Studios as a creative place to formally work with
clients using Graphic Design as her medium.  Today, she successfully works
with clients and corporations as a graphic designer as she continues to build a
successful following with her original pieces of art and trademarked designs.

Lisa lives by the words of Scott Adams, "Creativity is allowing yourself to
make mistakes. Art is knowing which ones to keep."

As a multi-media artist, Lisa creates original art in all forms of mediums moving
in both figurative and abstract.  She describes herself as an artist who paints in
“portions”.  “ I enjoy capturing the essence of the statement I am creating and
leave the “whole” to  the imagination of the world.”   Her artistic abilities have
been described as confident, dimensional, modern, and passionate.   Simply
said, she has dedicated her life to creating art.

Lisa’s eclectic group of work is mostly a response to her life’s passions and
inspirations.   She considers herself an extraordinarily diverse artist who strives
for balance in her work, putting emphasis on composition, light, and color.
Using acrylics, watercolors, vintage items, graphic design and organic objects,
her art reflects creative activity, multi-dimension, soft beauty and sincere
boldness.

Lisa is an award winning artist and a member of ARTSWorcester.  Her work
has been
displayed in the Aurora Gallery in Worcester MA, the Sprinkler
Factory in Worcester MA, Six Summit Gallery in Ivoryton, CT and has been
part of other public and private collections.
